1. Summary 总则
Wibuddy is a companion app for an in-vehicle video recorder (MDVR) that you own. It communicates only with that device over your local network (Wi-Fi/LAN). The app does not collect, transmit, upload, sell, or share any personal data. There is no user account, no cloud service, and no server operated by the developer.
Wibuddy 是一款仅用于连接您自己局域网内的车载录像设备（MDVR）的本地工具。本应用不收集、不传输、不上传、不出售、不与任何第三方共享任何个人数据；没有账号体系，没有云端服务器。
2. Where your data lives 数据的存储位置
- Recordings, snapshots as data, and alarm logs are stored on the vehicle device itself. The app only reads and displays them on your request.
- 摄像头录像、抓拍、报警记录等全部存储在车载设备本机；本应用只是按需读取与显示。
- Files you explicitly download or snapshot inside the app are saved on your phone (photo library or the app's sandbox). They never leave your device, and deleting the app removes the in-app copies.
- 您主动下载/抓拍的文件保存在您的手机（相册或应用沙盒），这些文件不会离开您的设备；删除应用即清除应用内数据。
3. On-device permissions 系统权限与用途
- Local network — to reach the MDVR on the same Wi-Fi/LAN. 本地网络：发现和连接同一局域网内的车载设备。
- Microphone — two-way talk with the vehicle device, only while you use that feature. 麦克风：与车载设备语音对讲，仅在使用该功能时。
- Photo library (add only) — to save snapshots/recordings you explicitly trigger. 相册（仅添加）：保存您主动触发的抓拍/录像。
- The app does not use the camera, contacts, location, or any advertising identifier. 本应用不使用相机、通讯录、位置或广告标识。
4. Analytics, tracking, third parties 遥测与第三方
The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no tracking of any kind (App Tracking Transparency: not tracked). All network traffic is strictly between your phone and your own device on your local network.
本应用不包含任何统计分析、广告、崩溃上报 SDK；不埋点、不追踪（ATT 状态为「不追踪」）。所有网络通讯仅发生在您的手机与您在局域网内的自有设备之间。
5. Children 未成年人
Wibuddy is directed at fleet and vehicle operators, not at children under 13, and collects nothing from anyone.
本应用面向车队管理者与车辆运营人员，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不向任何人收集信息。
